Whey Protein Weight Loss - 4 Tips You Must Know

Whey protein weight loss is the biggest new fad to hit the health market.
But is it really a fad if it's hands down head and shoulders above the rest? I don't think so.
WARNING: There has always been fad diets that come and go but are not necessarily healthy for you over the long haul.
But let's put one thing to rest right now.
Science and nutrition is the greatest it's ever been because of breakthrough testing. That being said it's time to genuinely celebrate because we have a new king of the mountain and that's whey protein weight loss.
First off, the important thing to realize is that there are different categories of whey protein weight loss such as isolates and the newly improved superfood type of whey protein known as the 100% raw grass fed, cold processed whey concentrates.
The important thing to realize here without getting into too much scientific factual evidence, and for the sake of not going off on a completely different tangent: concentrates are a far superior addition to any whey protein weight loss program.
So knowing this, what are the most important concepts to understand?
1) Obviously, use whey! I can't stress that enough but the seemingly never ending list of benefits for this product are unparalleled to say the least:
Whey Weight Loss Benefits:
First off it's got the number one antioxidant in the world - Glutathione
It boosts energy and physical endurance, which is great for athletes or those who can't muster up that extra energy to go work-out.
It promotes muscle strength, growth and recovery
It detoxifies heavy metal toxins and other harmful bodily chemicals.
But wait let's get more specific here...
By using the whey protein concentrate as opposed to the isolate as we had talked about before here's some added benefits you'll get immediately:
65% Protein by weight.
No Artificial sweeteners, and no sugar added.
Low Glycemic, low carb, and Diabetic Friendly.
No Pesticides, Hormones, Chemicals, Fructose, or Sugar added.
Made only from grass fed cows for maximum nutrition (this is a huge difference and is key).
2) Calorie Intake
OK this is always a little bit of a dicey fine line and I'm sure there will be contrarians out there but pump the breaks a second.
We need to kick off your metabolism a bit and that starts with smaller meals. I know some people swear they lose weight by eating 2 large meals a day rather than 3-4. So much for that "most important meal of the day."
But let's remember we're here for whey protein weight loss and using this supplement you'll get excellent calories when you put a scoop into a fruit smoothie. That's loaded with natural sugars, fiber, vitamins, nutrients, and amino acids - everything your body needs.
Personally I think the best time to use whey is at least once a day. I tend to use it about mid afternoon and the whey protein weight loss shake I choose differs depending on pre or post workout.
This brings me to my next point.
3) Work-Out!
I really can't stress this enough but your body needs some exercise. You really do needs to speed up that heartrate.
The great thing about whey protein is that it will help build lean muscle mass. Don't worry, not the type of muscle building that will make you bulky but the type that just firms up your body and actually burns fat for you. It is scientifically proven that a person with a higher lean muscle mass will burn more fat...even while they are sleeping.
And I'm sure that some of you are thinking: I don't have time for an hour long work out, or I hate the gym, or I'm too lazy.
I have one word for you: Stop!
Let's be positive...you don't need an hour long workout, just get some fresh air and walk around a lake. The important thing is to do something!
4) Don't drink that!
Ok, so I gained weight when I stopped playing some soccer but I lost 20 lbs in 2 months by not drinking soda. Plus, I lost an additional 10 by starting on my whey routine where I just supplemented my diet with one smoothie a day. Note: This goes for diet soda too! Sorry ladies.
Switch to water and lots of it.
Water regulates body temperature, transports nutrients and oxygen, dissolves vitamins and your new whey protein weight loss powder, detoxifies kidneys and liver, and helps suppress your appetite.
So imagine the amazing feeling you'd have 2 weeks from now after using a whey protein weight loss program and you have more energy to do the things you love. The better you'd feel about losing those extra unwanted pounds.
And there are many many more benefits that your body gets from whey protein.
