1. Upset Stomach: Mix two teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar (preferably organic) into a glass of water and sip slowly.
2. Cough Relief: Mix half a cup of Apple Cider Vinegar with a half cup of hot water. Add 4 teaspoons of Honey and 1 teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper. Stir in the honey and drink slowly.
3. Insect Bites: Neat Vinegar is great for relieving the pain and irritation from mosquito bites, minor jelly-fish and bee stings. -Use neat with a cotton wool pad on the affected area. For jelly-fish stings always seek medical advice.
4. Sunburn or Itchy Skin: Pour one cup of Cider Vinegar into a hot bath, and relax! The Vinegar will help to relieve the symptoms and sooth your skin.
