As the day goes on, there is a higher chance of the carbs you ingest being stored as body fat. You are more insulin sensitive in the morning as compared to at night. A perfect dinner would be any type of lean protein with a ton of veggies doused in olive oil.
Consume healthy fats. Fat is not bad for you. The only real type of fat that you do not need in your diet is trans fat.
