We have been constantly searching for the best protein supplement in order to back up our strength training muscle routine.
I have a great and cheap suggestion for you. Egg White! You can eat as much as you like. There is no particular danger for your health. However, remember just the egg white and not the whole egg.
Each one contains at least 4 to 6 grams of pure protein. I mix every morning in the shaker four egg white's row with half a spoon of cocoa, just to improve the taste of it. That is 20 to 25 grams of pure protein. It is the protein intake amount you get from one portion of a protein rich supplement.
Some people cannot manage swallowing raw egg whites. It just will not go down. If that is the case try to boil the eggs and consume the boiled egg white. I would recommend doing this once a day. Directly, after getting off the bed is the ideal time to achieve better absorption from the muscle cells.
Nevertheless, I am certainly not saying that it should be a substitute for protein shakes or amino acids supplements. It is equal in protein value to the protein supplements.
So, take your egg whites in the morning as mentioned above and do not forget your protein shakes during the day. Take the first portion after training and somewhere between meals the second one. That way you will accomplish to maintain a constant protein flow into your muscle cells.
