Lose Weight In A Month - Is Your Body Storing These Chemicals As Fat?

Not long ago my High School reunion was coming up fast and I wanted to drop some weight quick. That is when I stumbled onto some fat burning foods, and that was when my plan to lose weight in a month began. I dropped 6 pounds in 7 days with no dieting.

Did I have to give up a few things? Yes and at the time I thought it was a real sacrifice. I have since come to learn, it was the best thing I could do for my weight control and health.

The first thing to go was the soda, pop, cola or whatever you may call it. They are nothing but artificial colors, artificial flavors and sugar or sugar substitute. Some people lose as much as 35 pounds in a year by giving up cola. Drink water it's the best thing to lose weight in a month, as it will suppress your appetite by 25 percent or more.

Next was fast food, the burgers, the fries, the pizza and the processed foods such as potato chips, cheese whiz, deli meats, and hot dogs to name a few. The reason is they are full of chemicals and preservatives.

These chemicals are foreign to your body. I found that when we eat these chemical laden foods they actually confuse your body. Your body will try to flush or rid itself of what it can and the rest is stored as fat.

Lose Weight In A Month - 70 To 90 Percent Is Chemicals

High fructose corn syrup is what we are consuming in mega amounts everyday. The numbers suggest as much as 70 to 90 percent of what we eat has some variation of this chemical.

Ketchup, Mayonnaise, Yogurt, Pancake syrup, most cereals like Raisin bran, Special K, Whole Wheat breads, White breads, Cookies, Jams and Jellies, drinks like Gatorade, Pop or Soda, Orange juice, Grape juice and the list goes on.
