The Best Gall Bladder Cleanse in the World

If you've ever had a gall bladder attack you know how terrible it feels. Even if you've only had mild shooting pains on your right side, it is a signal that you need to do something before surgery is your only option.
When gall stones get stuck there are several signals that show this is the case. First of all, the pain emanates from your right side. It can be in your upper abdomen, in your right shoulder or behind your right should blade. You may feel nauseous, or even vomit.
In medical terms an inflamed gall bladder is called acute cholecystitis and the only solution the medical community has for this condition is surgery. If you have one large stone, it may never bother you and you may never be aware that it is even there. It is the small stones that get stuck at the entrance to or even in the duct. This is where the pain and even infection can come from. It is these situations that you want to avoid.
Part of your health regimen should be to do a gall bladder cleanse twice a year. If you have never done a gall bladder cleanse before, you need to start and do one every month until there are no more stones coming out. Then do one twice a year to keep your digestive system strong and healthy.
The cleanse I am going to share with you is not that disgusting. It is quite palatable, but if you find it distasteful, you need to remember the good you are doing for your heath and bite the bullet and drink it down.
This cleanse involves pink grapefruit which most people can tolerate. So, let's create our shopping list and go to the store and get ready. You will need a small container of laxative grade Epsom salts. Be sure to check with your pharmacist or health food store consultant as to the right one to buy. You must be able to ingest it. You will need 6 or 7 red grapefruit depending on their size. Canned or processed juice will not work, you need to use fresh. You will need two lots of ¾ cups of juice. You will need a jar about one quart in size. A clean, large spaghetti sauce jar works. You will also need a smaller jar that will hold 2 cups of liquid. Finally, you will need a small bottle of organic, extra virgin olive oil.
The day you start your cleanse is called Day 1. You are not to eat breakfast today. You can have water, clear herbal tea or organic apple cider only. No food.
At 2:00 pm, mix 4 cups of very warm water with 3 tablespoon measuring spoons of food grade Epsom salts in the jar. Put the lid on and shake until the Epsom salts is dissolved then put it in the fridge.
At 6:00 pm, cut one of the pink grapefruits in half and squeeze out the juice with a lemon reamer or your hand. Pour it into a glass. Pour ¾ of a cup of the Epsom salt mixture into another glass. Drink the Epsom salts, then drink the grapefruit juice.
At 8:00 pm, repeat the process you did at 6 pm and cut one of the pink grapefruits in half and squeeze out the juice with a lemon reamer or your hand. Pour it into a glass. Pour ¾ of a cup of the Epsom salt mixture into another glass. Drink the Epsom salts, then drink the grapefruit juice.
At 9:30 pm, mix ½ cup of cold pressed, organic, extra virgin olive oil in the smaller jar and mix it with ¾ cup of fresh pink grapefruit juice. Put it in the fridge.
It's early to bed tonight. At 9:45 pm, go through your normal bedtime routine, have a bathroom break and get ready for bed. Once you are in bed, you must not get up again until you need to have a bowel movement, which should be some time in the early morning.
At 10:00 pm, take the oil and juice mixture out of the fridge, sit on the side of your bed and shake the bottle to mix the contents together. It takes quite nice actually. You should have no trouble drinking it.
Immediately lie down in bed and don't get up. You can read, listen to music, sleep, do whatever you like while lying flat.
On day 2 you should wake up and need to go to the bathroom. Aside from urine, you should begin to pass lots of green pellets. These are the green bile stones although they are not hard because they have been softened by the olive oil and look like soft peas or beans. These are mostly made of cholesterol and have passed painlessly from the gall bladder as the Epsom salts acts as a dilator for all those narrow tubes that can get plugged.
After you have gone to the toilet, drink ¾ of a cup of the Epsom salts mixture and chase it with the juice from half a grapefruit.
You will probably keep going to the toilet during the morning. Do not eat any food until lunch. At noon, eat fruit and vegetables only, no meat, cheese or animal protein.
At dinner, have soup and salad, keeping your intake light, as your body is still getting rid of more stones. On day 3 you can eat normally.
If you don't like pink grapefruit or it is not available in your area, you may substitute freshly squeezed orange juice.
The weekend is the best time to do a cleanse of this sort because of the number of times you may need to use the bathroom on day 2. I have used this cleanse and find it tolerable. I was surprised to find how comfortable it was.
If you want to collect the stones, you will need a means of catching them in a strainer or fishing them out of the toilet. You can preserve them by putting them in a jar with some olive oil. You will need enough olive oil to cover them completely.
Be sure to consult your health care professional to make sure this cleanse is a good option for you. If you have particularly large stones, they is no way you will be able to pass them and you of course will not know they are even there until they cause problems.
If you have passed any stones, you will need to repeat the cleanse in about a month. Keep doing the cleanse every month until you pass no more stones. Then repeat the cleanse in another six months. Your digestion is key to your overall health. You need to take responsibility for it, otherwise you will be the perfect candidate for surgery or a whole litany of pharmaceuticals that are full of side effects.
