" You begin the morning by eating at least one or more bananas for breakfast. You can also drink a glass or two of water for breakfast. Dieters should include nothing else in their morning meal.
" Your lunch meal can consist or anything you like. The only thing that you should remember not to eat are any desserts. This wide-open choice of foods is appealing to many dieters.
" At 3:30 pm, you can have another banana as an afternoon snack if you are hungry.
" Between 6-8 pm, you may have any foods that you like for dinner and you are not restricted to a certain amount of the foods that you choose to eat. Dieters never have to worry about portion sizes in their meal plans. Any foods other than desserts are allowed on the morning banana diet. Dieters should complete their meals by 8pm for optimal effect and should be in bed before midnight.
" When you are on the morning banana diet, you are allowed water, tea, or milk for lunch and dinner. If you choose healthier foods for lunch and dinner, the weight loss will be more dramatic.
